Delivery policy
All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Veghel, Netherlands, by DHL. They leave the warehouse within 1 business day after the order. The lead times below run from the date of shipment.

Free delivery. Free delivery is not offered in all zones. Where it is available (see the “Free delivery from €60” column of the grid above), it applies automatically to orders of €60 or more (VAT included, after discounts), for the delivery method(s) indicated for your zone.
Cyprus and Malta. We do not yet deliver to Cyprus or Malta. Residents of these countries may order with a delivery address located in one of the countries served.
Tracking. A tracking number is sent to you by email upon shipment.
For pick-up point deliveries (DHL Service Point): your parcel will be available for 14 calendar days at a pick-up point and for 5 calendar days in a parcel locker. Once your parcel has been delivered to the pick-up point, you will receive an email from DHL, and after a few days, a first reminder. If the parcel is not collected in time, it will be returned to the sender.
Delays. Lead times are indicative and may be extended during peak periods and public holidays. If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you may cancel it and be fully refunded.
Lost or damaged parcel. Contact us at info@boutiquenope.com. NOPé bears the risk until delivery and will send you a replacement or refund you.
