Official Rules – “Ski Whistler with NOPé” Contest
1. Organizer
The “Ski Whistler with NOPé” contest (the “Contest”) is organized by 9434-2128 Québec inc., operating as NOPé (the “Organizer”), in collaboration with Voyages Gendron Inc. / Gendronski (the “Partner”).
2. Contest Period
The Contest runs from October 8, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. (ET) to November 12, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
The draw will be held on November 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (ET) at NOPé’s head office.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open exclusively to residents of Québec who have reached the age of majority in the province at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of the Organizer, the Partner, their advertising and promotional agencies, and all persons residing with them are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Online Purchase
Anyone who purchases a NOPé product from the official online store between October 8 and November 12, 2025 will automatically receive an email after their purchase containing a link to the official entry form.
The entrant must complete this form and provide the requested information to validate their participation.
4.2 Purchase at an Authorized Retailer
Anyone who purchases a NOPé product from an authorized retailer between October 8 and November 12, 2025 must complete the online entry form, provide their full contact information, and upload a photo of the purchase receipt to validate their entry. 4.3 No-Purchase Entry
No purchase is required. To enter without making a purchase, an individual must:

- Subscribe to the NOPé newsletter,
- Follow NOPé’s official Instagram page.
Only one no-purchase entry per person will be accepted.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: a ski trip for two (2) people to Whistler, British Columbia, including:
Included
- Round-trip airfare from Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL) to Vancouver on Air Canada (first checked bag included),
- Round-trip transfers between Vancouver Airport and Whistler,
- Seven (7) nights’ ski-in/ski-out accommodation at Blackcomb Springs Suites 3★, studio with full kitchen (one queen bed and one sofa bed), access to outdoor pool and hot tubs,
- Five (5) days of skiing at Whistler/Blackcomb,
- Welcome cocktail,
- On-site services of a Gendronski representative, including two orientation tours,
- Services of a Gendronski representative,
- Protection offered by the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents
- Applicable taxes.
Not included
- Fees for additional or overweight baggage,
- Ski equipment rental,
- Meals,
- Travel, medical, and/or trip-cancellation insurance (the winner is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance).
Mandatory travel dates: The trip must take place March 21–28, 2026 (8 days / 7 nights).
Approximate total prize value: $6,350 CAD (i.e., $3,175 CAD per person).
Replacement option: If the winner cannot travel on these dates or chooses not to travel to Whistler, they may instead receive a travel credit of $4950.00 CAD redeemable on ski holidays visible on gendronski.com website Gendronski.
6. Draw
The random draw will be held on November 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (ET) at NOPé’s head office from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
7. Prize Claim
The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 48 hours of the draw.
To be declared the winner, the entrant must:
- Respond to the phone call or email within 48 hours of its receipt,
- Sign a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release,
- Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
If the selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours or fails to meet any of these conditions, another winner will be randomly selected.
8. General Conditions
- The prize must be accepted as awarded or exchanged for the travel credit described in Section 5; it is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Entrants must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s licence or provincial ID card) for air travel and related arrangements.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Contest in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any circumstances beyond its control.
- Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest will result in disqualification.
9. Liability
The Organizer, the Partner, and their employees, representatives, and agents are not responsible for any technical malfunction, loss, delay, or other issues beyond their control.
10. Personal Information
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Contest, unless the entrant provides explicit consent for other uses (e.g., NOPé or Gendronski newsletter).
