HOLIDAY SEASON

What are the delivery times?

Expect 3–5 business days. Additional time may apply for remote areas.

Please note: delivery times may be longer during peak periods (like the holidays) or for reasons beyond our control.

What’s the last day to place an order?

You have until December 19 (noon) to place an order that will be delivered by December 24 at the latest.

⚠️ Orders received December 20–26 will be processed starting December 27.

What’s the holiday return & exchange policy?

Purchases made between November 9 and December 9 can be exchanged or returned until January 10. All purchases made after December 9 follow the standard 30-day return window.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Products must not have been worn, used, or washed. The original tag must still be attached to the item.

How do I return a product received as a gift?

  1. Access our self-service return portal and have the order details on hand.
  2. Complete your online request by entering the order information along with the email address or phone.
  3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off in a mailbox or at a postal counter.

Processing times

Once your package is received at our warehouse, please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing and refund.

Can I modify my order before it’s processed?

To request changes to your order before it’s processed, contact us via chat or at info@boutiquenope.com. We can’t guarantee that changes can be made.

Which payment methods do you accept?

For orders placed directly on our website, we accept:

 We carefully select carriers to ensure timely delivery and optimal service quality.

What happens if Canada Post goes on strike?

 ⚠️ If there’s a Canada Post service disruption, rest assured we have multiple carriers operating across Quebec and Canada to deliver your parcels within similar timelines.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Can I make an exchange or get a refund?

Returns are simple and free. NOPé products are refundable within 30 days of your online purchase. Returned items must not be worn, used, or washed, and must have the original tag attached. All items sold during end-of-season clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To exchange a product, please follow the return process first, then place a new order.

How do I return a product?

You have 30 days from your online purchase to request a refund.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • not have been worn, used, or washed;
  • keep its original tag intact.

Return steps

  1. Go to our self-service returns portal using the email address used at checkout.
  2. Complete your request online and download your return label directly from the portal.
    For refund processing, select your preferred method: either store credit (to use on a future purchase in our online shop) or a refund directly to your credit card.

  3. Print the label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it in a mailbox or at a post office counter.

💡 Eco tip: you can reuse the shipping polymailer—it’s designed for a second shipment.

Does the kids’ hood also fit adults?

The kids’ hood size 7–12Y is equivalent to an adult S/P hood.

The adult hood size M/M is equivalent to the kids’ over-hood O/S.

How do I care for my NOPé products?

 For longer life, hand wash and hang to dry.

Do you offer NOPé gift cards?

Yes, visit our Gift Card section to give NOPé as a gift.

AVAILABILITY & PREORDERS

If an item is out of stock, will it be restocked?

Some products are restocked during the season. You can subscribe to back-in-stock alerts on the product page to be notified.

Can I buy a product on preorder?

 No, we do not offer preorders for our catalog.

PROMOTIONS & CONTESTS

Can I combine a promo code with a gift card at checkout?

 Yes, you can combine a promo code with a gift card payment.

I forgot to enter my promo code, what can I do?

Promo codes must be entered at checkout before confirming your purchase. Once the order is placed, it can’t be added or modified.

If I buy a NOPé product, am I automatically eligible for contests?

Each NOPé contest has clear rules and details provided.

Where can I find NOPé retailers?

Is your entire catalog available in stores?

No. Retailers carry a selection that may vary from one store to another.

If I buy on your website, can I return or exchange in a retail store?

No. Items purchased on the NOPé website must be returned via the online returns & refunds process.
