Delivery is free at all times for the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.

For the other Canadian provinces, shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.

You will receive your NOPé products within 3 to 4 business days.

Additional delays may apply for more remote areas and for Canadian provinces other than Quebec.

Please note that delivery times may be a little longer during peak periods or for certain reasons beyond our control, but rest assured that we always do everything in our power to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.

Returns are easy and free. All NOPé products can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of the online purchase. The returned product must not have been worn, used, or washed, and the original tag must still be attached.

Making a return is super simple. Just reuse the same polymailer that was used for shipping—it’s reusable (yay!). Stick the included pre-printed return label onto it, and you’re good to go!

Please allow 2 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the item is delivered to our warehouse.

For longer life of your products, wash in cold water and hang to dry.
