All NOPé products are exchangeable/refundable within 30 days of online purchase. The returned product must not have been worn, used or washed. The original label must still be attached to the item.
The process for making a return is simple. Use the same poly mailer envelope that was used for shipping (it’s reusable—yay!). Simply affix the preprinted return slip included in the shipment, and you're done!
Once the return package is ready, ship it from a Purolator point of service.

Processing the refund takes 2–10 working days after the item has been delivered to our warehouse.
