Delivery is free at all times for the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.

For the other Canadian provinces, shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.

You will receive your NOPé products within 2 to 3 business days.

Additional delays may apply for more remote areas and for Canadian provinces other than Quebec.

Please note that delivery times may be a little longer during peak periods or for certain reasons beyond our control, but rest assured that we always do everything in our power to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.

Returns are easy and free. NOPé products can be refunded within 30 days of the online purchase. The returned product must not have been worn, used, or washed, and the original tag must still be attached.

All items sold as part of the end-of-season clearance are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

At NOPé, you have 30 days from your online purchase date to request a refund.

To be eligible, the product must:

- not have been worn, used, or washed;
- have the original tag still attached.

How to make a return:
1. Access our self-service return portal using the email address used for your order.
2. Complete your request online: you will receive a confirmation email with a prepaid Canada Post return label.
3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off in a mailbox or at a Canada Post counter.

💡 Eco tip: you can reuse the original “polymailer” envelope your order arrived in — it’s designed for a second use.

Processing time

Once your package has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 2 to 10 business days for processing and refund.

For longer life of your products, wash in cold water and hang to dry.
