For pre-order products, you will receive your items 2 to 3 days after they are back in stock. You will be notified by email.

Additional delays may apply for more remote areas.

The delivery time policy is valid in Quebec only.

Returns are easy and free.

All NOPé products are exchangeable/refundable within 30 days of online purchase. The returned product must not have been worn, used or washed. The original label must still be attached to the item.

To make a return, it's super simple. We use the same "polymailer" envelope that was used for sending, it is reusable (yay!). We affix the pre-printed return slip that is included in the shipment, and that's it!

Once your return package is ready, simply ship it from a Purolator service point.

It takes 2-10 business days for refund processing, after the item is delivered to our warehouse.

The majority of our accessories and clothing are made in Quebec. The bottles are produced by the Nalgène company in the United States and the caps are made overseas.

For longer life of your products, hand wash and hang to dry.

100% organic cotton sweaters may shrink. The shrinkage rate is between 3% and 5%.

Our delivery bags are made of 100% compostable (biodegradable) polyethylene. They are made from corn starch and can decompose in an ideal composting environment of 45 days.

By comparison, standard plastic packaging takes over 100 years to decompose.
Our delivery bags comply with global standards including European EN13432, Australian AS4736, AS5810 and American ASTM D6400.

We work with Canadian suppliers to find the best materials available.
