At NOPé, we do everything we can to make sure you receive your products quickly and in perfect condition.

Processing & Shipping Times

• All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Quebec & Ontario: 2–5 business days after shipment.
• Other Canadian provinces (Maritimes, Prairies, and British Columbia): 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Remote and northern regions: please allow up to 10 additional business days, depending on the carrier.

Shipping fee

• Shipping fees are $4.95, and delivery is free on orders of $49 or more.
