Refund policy

Returns are quick and easy thanks to our self-service portal.

A flat fee of $1.99 applies per return request.

We don’t process exchanges through the portal. Please initiate a return, choose your refund method, then place a new order. Detailed steps are outlined below.

At NOPé, you have 30 days from your online purchase to request a refund.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • not have been worn, used, or washed;
  • keep its original tag intact.

⚠️ Sale items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.

How to make a return?

  1. Go to our self-service returns portal using the email address used at checkout.
  2. Complete your request online and get your return label directly in the portal.*
  3. Print the label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it in a mailbox or at a post office counter.

*For refund processing, you must select your preferred refund method: either store credit (to use on a future purchase in our online shop) or a refund of the amount directly to your credit card.

💡 Eco tip: you can reuse the shipping polymailer—it’s designed for a second shipment.

Processing time
Once your parcel is received at our warehouse, please allow 2–5 business days for processing and your refund.
