Easy returns in a few steps
  1. Enter the email associated with your order.
  2. Check your emails (including your spam folder) and retrieve your OTP code.
  3. What if you don’t receive your OTP code?
    → Check your spam folder and make sure you’re using the same email address you used for the purchase. If you still haven’t received an OTP code, please contact us via our chat or at info@boutiquenope.com.
  4. Enter the OTP code to access your order.
  5. Select the products you want to return.
  6. Indicate the reason for your return.
  7. Choose your refund method: store credit or refund to your credit card.
  8. Submit your request.
  9. Download your return label received by email.
  10. Prepare your parcel with the items you’re returning.
