NOPé does not participate in any dispute resolution procedure before a consumer conciliation body and is not required to do so.

General terms and conditions of sale

Version of October 20, 2026. They apply to purchases made by consumers residing in the European Union on the NOPé European online store.

Article 1 — Scope

  1. These terms govern every order placed with 9434-2128 Québec inc. (“NOPé”) by a consumer, meaning a natural person who buys for personal purposes.

  2. They are accessible before the order is placed and can be saved and printed. They are attached to the order confirmation email.

  3. The delivery policy and the returns and refunds policy form an integral part of them.

Article 2 — Products and offer

  1. Each product page states the product’s essential characteristics, including its composition, care instructions, dimensions, and the contact details of the person responsible for its safety in the European Union.

  2. The photos faithfully represent the products. Slight differences in colour may result from your screen display.

  3. Offers are valid while stocks last. An obvious error in price or description does not bind NOPé.

Article 3 — Prices

  1. Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The VAT applied is that of the country of delivery.

  2. No customs duties are payable: the products are shipped from the Netherlands.

  3. Delivery costs are set out in the delivery policy and displayed before the order is confirmed. No other costs are added after the order.

  4. When a price is reduced, the reference price displayed is the lowest price charged during the 30 days preceding the reduction.

Article 4 — Order

  1. You may check and correct your basket and your details before confirming the order.

  2. The contract is concluded when you click the “Order with obligation to pay” button.

  3. NOPé sends you without delay a confirmation email setting out the details of the order, these terms, and the withdrawal form.

  4. NOPé may cancel an order for a legitimate reason, in particular an out-of-stock item or suspected fraud. You will then be informed and fully refunded within 14 days.

Article 5 — Payment

  1. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are also offered, depending on the device, the browser and the customer’s eligibility.

  2. No fees are charged for the use of a payment method.

  3. Payment is debited at the time of the order. In accordance with applicable law, you may request, in writing to info@boutiquenope.com before placing your order, to pay only 50% of the price at the time of the order; the balance is then payable at the time of shipment, by means of a secure payment link that we send you. These orders are processed manually and the processing time may be longer.

  4. An invoice showing the VAT is sent by email.

Article 6 — Delivery and transfer of risk

  1. NOPé delivers to the European Union countries indicated in the delivery policy. The indicative lead times are set out there.

  2. Unless another time limit has been agreed, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order. If this time limit is exceeded, you may cancel the order free of charge and be refunded within 14 days.

  3. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to you when you, or the person you have designated, take possession of the products. Ownership of the products is transferred to you upon full payment.

  4. Report any damaged or incomplete parcel to info@boutiquenope.com as soon as possible, ideally with a photo. This facilitates processing but does not limit your rights.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt. NOPé also accepts returns from the 15th to the 30th day, on a commercial basis, subject to the conditions of the returns and refunds policy.

Article 8 — Legal guarantee of conformity

  1. NOPé is liable for lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within two years following it, or within a longer period if the applicable law so provides.

  2. A defect appearing within one year following delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, or within a longer period provided by the applicable law.

  3. You may request repair or replacement, free of charge. If this is not possible, you may obtain a price reduction or a refund.

  4. In the case of a defective product, return costs are borne by NOPé. Write to info@boutiquenope.com before any return.

Article 9 — Liability

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you hold under the law applicable in your country of residence.

Article 10 — Complaints and disputes

  1. Address your complaints to info@boutiquenope.com. NOPé acknowledges receipt within 2 business days and responds on the substance within 14 days.

  2. These terms are governed by Dutch law. This choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

  3. You may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. NOPé may take action against you only before those courts.

Article 11 — Amendments

The applicable terms are those in force at the time of your order.

Website terms of use

  1. Purpose. These terms govern the use of the website https://boutiquenope.com/en-eu/. Purchases are governed by the general terms and conditions of sale above.

  2. Customer account. Creating an account is optional. Keep your login credentials confidential. You may delete your account at any time by writing to info@boutiquenope.com.

  3. Prohibited uses. It is prohibited to use the website fraudulently, to extract its content in bulk by automated means, or to impair its operation.

  4. Intellectual property. The NOPé brand, the texts, the photos and the design of the website belong to 9434-2128 Québec inc. Any reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited, except for private use permitted by law.

  5. Customer reviews. Only customers who have purchased the product may post a review; we verify this using the order number.

  6. External links. We are not responsible for the content of the third-party websites to which the website links.

  7. Applicable law. Dutch law, subject to the mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
