NOPé - FAQ Holiday special

It's time for holiday shopping!

You probably have lots of questions about our delivery times, as well as our return and exchange policy.

We have the answers here.

All your orders are shipped via Purolator. We do not work with Canada Post.

That being said, the Canada Post strike combined with the high traffic of the current period may result in additional delays with other carriers. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control.

Please note that despite the situation, the vast majority of orders are received within 3 to 5 business days.

You will receive your NOPé products within 3 to 5 business days. Additional delays may apply for more remote areas.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods (such as the holiday season!) or due to factors beyond our control.

You have until December 16th inclusive to place an order that will be delivered by December 23rd at the latest.

Orders received between December 17th and 26th will be processed starting December 27th

Purchases made between November 9th and December 9th can be exchanged or returned until January 10th. All purchases made after December 9th can be exchanged or returned within 30 days.

A prepaid return label is included in the package, and the polymailer can be reused. We recommend keeping the return label and polymailer in a safe place to make the return process easier if the item doesn’t fit or if you change your mind!

The returned product must not have been worn, used, or washed. The original tag must still be attached to the item.

Returning a product is super easy. Simply use the same "polymailer" envelope that was used for the shipment, as it’s reusable (yay!). Attach the prepaid return label included in the package, and you're all set!

Once your return package is ready, just drop it off at a Purolator service point. To find the nearest location, visit: https://www.purolator.com/fr/expedition/trouver-un-centre-dexpedition.

It takes 2 to 10 business days to process your refund after the item is delivered to our warehouse.

If you'd like to exchange it for another NOPé product, simply place a new order OR include a note in your return package with what you'd like to exchange it for.

We can send you a new return slip by email. Please email us at info@boutiquenope.com requesting a return label and include your order number.

IMPORTANT It is essential to provide the order number for any return or exchange.

If it’s a gift, please ask the person who placed the order for the order number.

No exchange or refund will be processed without this information.
