ORDER AND PAYMENT

Is it possible to modify my order before it's processed?

To modify your order once it has been processed, you can contact us via chat or at the following address: info@boutiquenope.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

For all orders placed directly on the website, the following payment methods are accepted:

  • credit card
  • deferred payments with Sezzle
  • Paypal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

DELIVERY & TRACKING

What are the delivery charges?
  • Shipping costs $4.95, and shipping is free for orders over $49.

Quebec and Ontario: delivery within 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

Which carrier do you use for order delivery?

Carriers are carefully selected to ensure delivery within the shortest possible time and while maintaining optimal service quality.

What happens if Canada Post goes on strike?

⚠️ In the event of a postal service disruption with Canada Post, rest assured that we have different carriers that travel throughout Quebec and Canada to deliver your packages within the same timeframes.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Is it possible to exchange or get a refund?

Returns are quick and easy with our self-service portal.

A flat fee of $1.99 applies per return request.

  • NOPé products are refundable within 30 days of online purchase. The returned product must not have been worn, used, or washed. The original tag must still be attached to the item. All items sold as part of the end-of-season clearance are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • To exchange your product, you must follow the return procedure, and then place a new order.
How to return a product?

At NOPé, you have 30 days from your online purchase to request a refund.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • not have been worn, used, or washed;
  • retain its original intact tag.

How to make a return?

  1. Access our self-service return portal with the email address used during purchase.
  2. Complete your request online and obtain your return label directly in the self-service portal.
  3. Print the label, affix it to your package, and drop it in a mailbox or post office.

*For refund processing, you must select your desired refund method: either store credit (to be used for a future purchase on our online store) or a refund of the amount directly to your credit card.

💡 Eco tip: you can reuse the polymailer shipping envelope; it is designed for a second shipment.

Processing times

Once your package is received at our warehouse, please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing and refund.

Does the children's hood pattern also fit adults?

The 7-12Y kids' hood is equivalent to an adult S/P (Small/Petite) size hood.

Is the adult M/M hood pattern equivalent to the child's over-hood?

The adult hoodie model in size M/M is equivalent to the O/S child hood model.

How do I take care of my NOPé products?

For a prolonged lifespan of your products, hand wash and hang to dry.

Do you have any NOPé gift cards available?

Yes, visit our gift card section to offer NOPé as a gift.

AVAILABILITY & PRE-ORDERS

If an item is out of stock, will it be replenished?

Some products are restocked during the season. You can subscribe to back-in-stock alerts directly on the product page you are interested in to be notified.

Can I pre-order a product?

No, we do not offer any products from our catalog for pre-order.

PROMOTIONS & CONTESTS

Can I combine a promo code with the use of a gift card when paying for my order?

Yes, you can combine a promo code with a gift card payment.

I forgot to enter my promotional code at checkout, what can I do?

The promotional code must be entered at checkout, before confirming your purchase. Once the order has been placed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to add it to the order or modify the order.

If I buy a NOPé product, am I automatically eligible for the various contests?

For each contest launched by NOPé, the details and rules will be clearly indicated to you.

POINTS OF SALE

Where are NOPé points of sale?

Check out our Points of Sale section to find a selection of NOPé items near you. Otherwise, all NOPé products are available on our online store.

Is your entire catalog available in NOPé stores?

No, a portion of our catalog is available at our retailers. Retailers may have a selection that differs from one point of sale to another.

If I purchase a NOPé product on your website, can I exchange or return the item at one of your retail stores?

No, every item purchased on the NOPé website must be returned following the returns & refunds policy.
